We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping. Please note that we typically require 3–5 business days to process your order before it is shipped. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, depending on your country or region. Please be aware that holidays, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events may affect delivery times.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items:
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items, we will ship the items currently in stock first. The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. Therefore, if you ordered multiple items in one order and receive only part of your order, please do not worry—your remaining items will be delivered shortly thereafter.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If you provided a mobile phone number, you may also receive a text message containing the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the status of your shipment on our Order Tracking page.
Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, so the time window to correct an address is limited. Returns:
By placing an order with Squishjoy Store, you agree that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Squishjoy Store. For more information on how to return an item, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Squishjoy Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the information provided on the Order Tracking page.
